Cebes is the name of our Fractionated Palm Kernel family of products. At room temperature they are hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting range is short and below body temperature, much like cocoa butter. Typical applications include chocolate and pastel compound coatings.

Neutresca® Product Line
Neutresca is the name of our lauric hard butter family of products. At room temperature they range from soft to hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting point range is 73°to114°F. Typical applications include ice cream, center & confectioners coatings.

Silko® Product Line
Silko is the name of our lauric hard butter family of products. At room temperature they are hard and brittle and are neutral in flavor. The melting point range is 91°to120°f. They are interesterified and hydrogenated. Typical applications include chocolate and pastel compound coatings.
